Who we are
Golden Hour Production is a video production company in Cromwell, Connecticut, serving established businesses across New England. We sell three things: video production, which is project-based film work; the Credibility Cascade, a 90-day growth program measured against a Day-One Baseline; and wedding films through Golden Hour Wedding Films.
Booking and calls
Calls are free. On a call we look at how customers find you today and tell you honestly whether we can help. If we’re not the right fit, we say so. Every engagement starts with a written agreement that spells out scope, price, and timeline before any work begins.
The 90-day guarantee
For the Credibility Cascade: before we start, we count everyone who reached out to you in the 30 days before day one: calls, messages, form fills, bookings. That count, with your cost per new customer, is the Day-One Baseline. From day 61 to day 90 we count again the same way. If the number is not higher, you get a full refund of what you paid Golden Hour, and you keep every video we made. If it is higher but your cost per new customer is not lower by day 90, we keep working at no charge until it is. Ad spend, where ads are used, is paid by the client and is not refundable by Golden Hour. Delays on the client’s side pause the clock. We guarantee the build and the movement of the numbers we control. No honest company guarantees how any single customer behaves. The full terms live in the signed agreement.
Who owns what
You own the deliverables once they’re paid for. You own the media budget and see where every dollar goes. You own the accounts and the audience the program builds. If we part ways, those stay with you.
How we may show the work
We never publish a client’s video without permission, and if a client wants their identity protected, we hide it before anything ships. We may show short excerpts of work we produced, in our portfolio and on our own channels, as examples of our craft. Any client can stop that with one email to hello@goldenhourprod.com, no questions asked. The full policy is in our privacy policy.
Real over fake
We work with real footage of real people. We use AI as a tool behind the scenes, never to fake a face, a voice, or a testimonial. If a request would require faking the human, we decline it.
What we don't promise
We don’t promise how customers will behave, what a platform will charge, or what an algorithm will do next. We promise the build: filmed, placed, tracked, and improved.
Text messaging
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Golden Hour Production LLC related to your inquiry, application, scheduled calls, customer care, and occasional marketing communications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for assistance.
