Written in plain language on purpose. Effective July 18, 2026.
The short version
We collect only what you give us. We use it to reply to you and to send you what you asked for. We never sell it. And the rule that runs our whole company runs here too: real over fake. We never fake a face, a voice, or a testimonial, and we never publish a client’s story without their permission.
What we collect
When you book a call, we get what you enter into Calendly: your name, email, and anything you add. When you book a Credibility Cascade call, we also get your answers to the short questions on the booking page. When you subscribe on an article, we get your email. Our website also uses standard analytics that count visits and pages, not people.
How we use it
To review your booking or inquiry and reply. To reply when you write to us. To send one useful idea a month if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe with one click, any time. To understand which pages help visitors and which don’t. That is the whole list.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share it except with the tools that run this site for us, such as our booking, email, and analytics providers, and they may only use it to provide those services.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and check the box agreeing to texts, we will send you messages about your application, your scheduled call, your project, and the occasional update or offer we think is worth your time. Nothing else. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time and the messages end. Reply HELP any time for help.
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with anyone, except the providers that technically deliver the texts for us.
Client footage and your likeness
This is the part most agencies bury. We put it here in plain words.
We never publish a client’s video without their permission. If a client wants their identity protected, we hide it, and the footage does not ship until they approve how.
We may show short excerpts of work we produced, in our portfolio and on our own channels, as examples of our craft. If you are a client and you would rather we didn’t show yours, one email to hello@goldenhourprod.com stops it, no questions asked.
Every testimonial we publish is a real person who said those words and agreed to be filmed saying them. We use AI as a tool behind the scenes. We never use it to fake a face, a voice, or a review.
Your choices
Email hello@goldenhourprod.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a few business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won’t quietly move the lines.
